Privacy Policy

entrix.club (“entrix.club”, “we”, “us”) is a free directory of nightlife venues in Thailand. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@entrix.club.

1. Who we are

entrix.club is a discovery directory — it lists clubs, bars and party venues. Browsing the directory does not require an account. Ticket purchases happen on our separate ticketing platform, entrix.vip, which has its own terms and privacy handling.

2. What we collect

Analytics data (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics is loaded in a “denied” state by default (Google Consent Mode v2). Its cookies (such as _ga) are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.

Venue submissions. If you submit a venue through our “Add your venue” form, we collect the information you enter, which may include the venue name, address, description, opening hours and your contact details (contact name, email, phone, LINE ID, and social links). We use this solely to review and, if approved, publish the listing.

Technical preferences. We store small values in your browser’s local storage to remember your choices — your light/dark theme setting and your cookie-consent decision. These stay on your device and are not used to track you.

3. Cookies and consent

On your first visit you see a cookie banner with two choices:

• Accept — analytics cookies are enabled and Google Analytics begins collecting usage data.
• Decline — only essential storage is used; no analytics cookies are set.

Your choice is remembered on your device. You can change it at any time by clearing the site’s storage in your browser, which brings the banner back on your next visit.

4. Third-party services

Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes usage data when you accept analytics cookies. Google’s own handling of this data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Where data is stored

Venue submissions and directory content are stored in our database. Access is limited to what we need to operate and moderate the directory.

6. How long we keep it

Published venue information is kept for as long as the listing is live in the directory. Contact details from submissions are kept while we process and maintain the listing. You can ask us to remove your submission or contact details at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Decline analytics cookies (or change your mind later).
• Ask what data we hold about a submission you made.
• Ask us to correct or delete your submission or contact details.

8. Children

entrix.club lists nightlife venues intended for an adult audience and is not directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
