Inchala is an artsy tea house in Chang Phueak, Chiang Mai, built by hand from brick, wood and bamboo on what used to be an empty lot. Its 'shanti shanti' spirit shows in the menu: Thai and herbal teas, blue lotus infusions, kombucha and simple organic plates like curries and salads. A small underground hub for art, music and gatherings.
