Halloween takes over Shelby Bar in Chiang Mai on Saturday 31 October. The night includes a photo booth, exclusive themed drinks available for one night only, and a costume contest with prizes worth over 10,000 Baht.

Shelby Bar is a sleek live music club on Nimman Soi 7 in Chiang Mai, popular with the city's best-dressed young locals. There's no proper dance floor and no need for one: live Thai bands play hits the whole room sings along to, and people end up dancing between the tables. Jazz and multi-genre nights too. Open 6pm to midnight.
